fixedBUG Fixes:Fixed a issue where allowed summoning Artikel anywhere in Skypiea map.
fixedBUG Fixes:Fixed a issue where Artikel’s X-button skill had no cooldown. After the fix, the cooldown time is set to 60 seconds.
changedBUG Fixes:Adjusted the stamina consumption of Artikel’s right-click skill: Using the right-click skill in any form now consumes 150 stamina points.
