Controller support and Bonus Level!

As noted in the community messages I added controller support. All should be good to go but please report any bugs as supporting all the different types of hardware out there can be super tricky.

addedNot long ago I also got returned ownership of the intellectual properties and characters I created for the Boo Bunny Plague games, so in order to celebrate this I added a bonus level with a Boo Bunny Plague theme,
