Piece by Piece changes
We’ve been quietly obsessing over tiny details, rotating things that probably didn’t need rotating, and snapping puzzle pieces together at unreasonable hours. It’s finally time to let you do the same.
Piece by Piece releases on Steam on March 13.
This is not your traditional jigsaw. This is a platformer built out of jigsaw pieces, where the level is the puzzle and the puzzle is the level. Movement, placement, and spatial thinking all blur together into one cohesive, slightly mind-bending experience.
What Awaits You
100 handcrafted levels designed to challenge how you think about space, movement, and connection.
12 unique puzzle boxes, each introducing new mechanics and layered twists that build on what you’ve learned (and occasionally what you thought you learned).
A cozy, tactile world where every interaction feels deliberate, from snapping pieces into place to discovering unexpected solutions.
Mechanics that evolve constantly: connect, rotate, flip, clone, traverse, and manipulate pieces to reshape the path forward.
A calm, atmospheric presentation paired with an ethereal soundtrack that helps players stay in flow.
Built Piece by Piece
What started as a game jam experiment grew into something much larger. The core idea was simple: what if puzzle pieces weren’t just the solution, but the environment itself? From there, every level became an exploration of that question.
The result is a game about observation, creativity, and the quiet satisfaction of making something fit exactly where it belongs.

If you haven’t yet, the demo is available now and offers an early look at the mechanics and tone of the full experience. Progressively stranger ideas await in the full release.
March 13 is when the box opens.
We’ll see you inside.
