Tiny patch to address minor issues.
Fixed issue with Rank showing as #0 on Leaderboards.

Removed VSync option, and replaced it with a FPS Lock option.
Leaderboards will average out top 1000 entries now, instead of 100. You will also be ranked in the top 1000 instead of top 100.
Fixed an issue with average time displaying weird numbers.
