1.4 - Evolutions, Rift Magic, and New Gold Unlocks

Version 1.4.1 is focused on new ways to break the horde: six new attack and evolution showcases, a new wave-control attack, eight new gold-purchase upgrades, and smoother combat under pressure.

Blade storm Daggers evolve into a spinning storm around the hero, carving space through packed enemy waves. Jackpot Apocalypse Meteor evolves into a screen-filling jackpot of falling impacts, now using pre-rendered explosions for lower particle overhead. Reality Fracture Magic Bolt evolves into a fracture field that links visible enemies and pulses area damage through the web. Storm Lattice Chain Lightning evolves into planted electric nodes that connect into a pulsing damage lattice. Rift Anchor A new selectable attack opens a temporary rift, pulls enemies together, then shatters for area damage. Axe Maelstrom Flying Axe evolves into orbiting axe cycles that pulse damage before launching back through enemies.

New Gold-Purchase Unlocks

Eight new gold-purchase upgrades arrive with achievement unlocks: Reroll Pouch, Summoner's Contract, Guard Pocket, Emergency Flask, Bounty Contract, Treasure Compass, Cursed Banner, and Blacksmith Coupon.

Polish and Performance

• Gameplay jitter was reduced by running Arcade Physics with a fixed 120 FPS step.

• Meteor impact particles were replaced with a pre-rendered explosion animation to reduce runtime particle overhead.

• Gold-purchase upgrade descriptions now show clearer per-level values.
