Race against time in Patch 25.28.0!

Hey everyone!

Over the past few months, I've been diving into all sorts of experiments, and the best ones are now part of this patch. There’s still a lot brewing behind the scenes, but as you know, magic potions take time.

Main changes

The main interface screens have been redesigned for a cleaner look, without giving up clarity and ease of use. In particular:

  • Pause menu;

  • Workshop level set menu;

  • Game mode selection menu;

  • Level selection menu.

Additional minor tweaks help unify the style across various sections.

But that’s not all...

It’s time to unveil a brand new game mode!

A new tale: Speedrun Mode

You can now compete in PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark! Challenge players from around the world, climb the timed leaderboards of the most demanding levels, and race against the clock - and more - to earn your glory!

In this mode, you'll take on a set of levels that includes both Story Mode and Escape levels!

Minor changes and fixes

  • Adjusted the character's hitbox to prevent unwanted sliding along the edges of blocks and platforms.

  • Fixed several inconsistencies in menu translations.

  • Squashed lots... and lots of bugs.

Available now!

All new features are already in the game: download or update PHOTOBIA: Tales from the Dark now and let me know what you think of the project’s evolution!
