Phobophobia 1.0 – The Experiment changes
The Ergophobia Update: Our Scariest Phobia So Far Is Now Live!
Hello everyone! We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and we are incredibly excited to drop our latest major content update. This time, we are introducing a terrifying new challenge along with some heavily requested tool overhauls.
Welcome to Ergophobia.
This brand-new bonus level is officially our scariest phobia so far. It pushes the tension to absolute extremes and is designed to test the limits of even the most seasoned players. You can officially unlock this nightmare sequence immediately upon completing the main story mode.
(A quick word of advice: If you currently happen to be an unemployed gamer, you might want to sit this one out. The sheer terror of facing this specific phobia might just be a little too real to handle!)
Here is a breakdown of the major changes coming with this update:
The Ergophobia Bonus Level
A New Nightmare: Confront our most intense atmospheric sequence yet, packed with unique environmental mechanics and psychological dread.
Endgame Unlock: Seamlessly accessible from the menu once you have successfully wrapped up the main story line.
Flashlight Overhaul
- Volumetric DepthWe have completely reworked the lighting systems to introduce gorgeous, eerie volumetric light beams that cut through the darkness.
Realistic Range: The active projection distance has been expanded to help you scan environments more effectively.
- Close-Quarter PolishingFixed glaring lighting issues where pointing the beam directly at nearby walls or props caused clipping or extreme, unnatural overexposure.
Movement & General Refinements
Smoother Navigation: Player movement mechanics have received another major pass, eliminating clunky camera interactions and making exploration feel far more fluid.
Stability & Bugs: Various minor glitches, sequence triggers, and environmental collision issues have been ironed out across the board.
Thank you all for your incredible, ongoing support. Dive in, unlock the bonus content, and find out if you can survive our most terrifying phobia yet!
