Twitch whip hotfix

A bug was found with the twitch whip causing players to lose the adventurer whip entirely. Quick patch to address this softlock.

As a bonus this hotfix includes: Tier 3 whip sounds/effects Option to turn roll animation off.

As a side note, know the people adding/changing these things are different people to the server programmers working on the disconnection errors. Those guys are chained to their desks until they fix it.

*Editor's Note* Chains?! What Chains? No one is being forced to work past what a human body on 5x5 Hour Energies is capable of. That's just silly. Every team member is allotted the standard 15 minute break everyday whenever they feel like it to blink their eyes and get feeling back in their fingers
