When a new Metaverse “Jail” emerges in Shibuya, it’s up to the Phantom Thieves of Hearts to investigate.
As they dig deeper into the mystery, they discover innocent people are being jailed and forced to forfeit their hearts' desires by the whims of a Jail Monarch.
