changedHello, everyone! We are happy to announce the official release of the demo for Perfect Porcelain! If you haven’t already tried the demo, it can be downloaded for free on the game’s store page .
changedDemo summary and informationIn the demo, you play as the character Teruko “Tenshi” Ogawa, an up-and-coming idol. After finishing a performance at a small venue, Teruko gets a surprise visit backstage by a strange girl. Soon after, Teruko wakes up in an unfamiliar mansion, chased by the same girl who brought her there. It is up to you to get Teruko out of the house alive.
changedDemo summary and informationTeruko is one of four fully playable characters in the complete game. Both the demo and complete game are fully voiced by human actresses (we do not support the use of AI). The voice acting is only available in Japanese, but menus and subtitles are also available in English and Swedish.
changedDemo summary and informationTeruko’s story won’t change much between the demo and the full game, and there will be no save transfers between the two, but we still figure that it is a good representation of the type of gameplay one can expect in the full game. Of course, not all mechanics are available in the demo, but the general gameplay loop is present. However, it is worth noting that the demo does not feature the possibility of a permanent death for Teruko, which the full game will.
changedFull game releaseWe still have quite a bit of work left on the full game and we expect that the demo release will bring out some previously unknown bugs that we have to address as well. With all of that in mind, we can’t announce an exact release date for the full game yet. However, our goal is to get it out before the end of Spring.
