This is a bugfix update for issues introduced in the major content update v1.1.18
Fixed issues with seeding causing bugs with Blind/Ballusion evasion chances, crit and refreshes not moving, and randomized boss mechanics.
Fixed iOS not having deterministic seeding in some places.
Fixed the Shop Only relic slot in shops sometimes rerolling when you quit to the main menu then come back.
Fixed softlock with Perfect Forger and Distraction Reaction when adding orbs in shops or scenarios.
Fixed the gold from Haglin's Satchel overwriting the starting gold amount when starting a custom run with it.
Fixed Snowball's description when you haven't unlocked it yet saying it's an event orb.
Fixed bombs applied to the right side of the Forest Three Eyes peg layout being horizontally mirrored.
Fixed Brick Slimes not triggering Pocket Sand.
Fix Snowball’s Bouldorb type attack not hitting enemies when you have Grabby Hand.
Stop relic sfx from playing multiple times in the same frame.
Fixed max hp brick pegs becoming regular on refresh.
Fixed softlock when Viridian Trinket causes your orb to get stuck in a relic/orb minigame navigation.
