General
Fixed crash when using a ECM feedback on an in-custody players ECM
Fixed Heavy Zeal Sniper not spawning in Holdout modes
Fixed a crash relating to cops dying from DOT while the player is in custody
Fixed some missing mask materials that were not included in the drop pools
Fixed the "Shock Baton" melee weapon not using the correct model when viewed from a third person
Gameplay
Killed enemies in loud now alert other nearby enemies
Increased the Saiga Dozers damage on Mayhem and below to account for the base damage that was reduced the update prior
Fixed vehicles not being able to be respawned when they get stuck
Fixed snipers not returning to their shooting position spot after stumbling
Interface
Added stat display panel for throwables
Fixed the "Copycat" perkdeck showing an incorrect cooldown time when using the Blitzkrieg Bop card
Weapons
OVESAW 9000
Saw hits are now calculated from the middle of the screen, rather then from the blades viewmodel.
Increased base damage from 23 to 92
Saw damage used to have a hidden 4 times damage multiplier to locks, which made the damage display on the UI misleading. With this change the actual damage of the weapon is clearer, while also making it more usable against enemies
Reworked ammo consumption from a random range of 5-15 per hit to a flat 5 per hit
Reduced magazine capacity from 150 to 100
While seemingly a nerf, with the ammo consuption change the effective ammo capacity is higher now then it was previously
Decreased the intensity of screen shake and visual recoil when using a saw
Visual recoil is only applied now when the saw hits a surface
Increased the damage bonus for the "Sharp Blade" weapon mod from 3 to 12
Reduced the alert radius of the “Silent Motor” weapon mod from 8.5m to 2m
Reworked the “Fast Motor” weapon mod to double the rate of fire to 800 instead of giving 3 damage
Increased ammo usage reduction on the "Saw Massacre" skill from 50% to 80%

Fixed a ceiling lamp missing transparency on its contact shadows
Updates may be incompatible with the mods you may have installed. Even seemingly unrelated mods may cause unexpected issues. If you are experiencing any problems with the game; try removing any mods you may have installed and try again.
If you are having issues with an unmodded game you can try to verify the integrity of the game files. In the Steam library; right-click on PAYDAY 2. Select "Properties" from the menu. Under the tab "LOCAL FILES" select "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...". The process may take some time to finish.
