New Weapon - Pipette Mk.2

Compact and disguised to look like a bike pump, this covert weapon can silently take out isolated targets.

Weapons
Added the perfectly normal "Pipette Mk.2" to the Secondary weapons list, please do not modify it.
Added "Burst Fire" mod, A multi-shot fire mode with delayed recoil to improve accuracy.
Weapons with burst fire modes benefit from a scaling recoil reduction for every bullet being fired in a burst. Only the final bullet will have full recoil kick.
Added fire mode mod options to fully-automatic pistols;

Henchmen Abilities
The crew needed some love. Introducing four new abilities for the crew to choose from!

Added "Zipped" ability: granting players more cable ties based on the number of crew AI present in the game.
Added "Flash Pop" ability: crew AI will throw concussion grenades when downed with a cooldown.
Added "Judo Master" ability: crew AI will counter a cloaker strike with a cooldown.
Added "Electrician" ability: crew AI will counter a taser's shock with a cooldown.
General
Fixed third person tool bag (blue) incorrectly having outlines
Fixed base coat bleed-through on the "Happy Clown" mask pattern
Fixed visual error in offshore PAYDAY that would pick fake-out cards that were not "safed"
Fixed cosmetics not displaying properly on magazines of the Contractor Pistol (Fix provided by soosh.exe)
Fixed the textures on Tasers flickering when being approached (Fix provided by Whurr)
Fixed a potential crash when selecting a random contract on CRIME.NET
Gameplay
Increased the magazine capacity for IZHMA Bulldozers from 7 back to 20
Their base damage was also reduced by 33% to compensate for lengthy mag-dumps
Increased the maximum amount of Throwing Axes from 3 to 6
This change intends to make them more in line with the Throwing Knives
Increased maximum cable tie limit from 9 to 10
Akimbo shotguns now use secondary lower "optimal range" stats
Prevented being able to pick up a sentry gun multiple times as a client when the connection to the host is delayed
Fixed being able to deploy bipods while in the process of crouching down or standing up, resulting in a glitched-out camera view
Fixed a crash related to team AI targeting turrets
This issue mostly affected players using overhaul mods
Fixed a potential crash relating to the "Sixth Sense" skill when players spawn
Interface
Fixed custom weapon skin icons still not being displayed
Fixed "Coins" reward icon not using the correct transparency

Fixed a stuck spot in the construction wing by the copy machine
Jewelry Store / Ukrainian Job
Fixed several spots where bags could be thrown out of bounds
Ukrainian Prisoner Heist
Fixed a color-grading value being missing, causing some visual effects to not be displayed

The Search (Day 2)
Fixed a keycard at the entrance desk sometimes spawning inside a Gage package
Fixed a keycard at the archive desk partially spawning inside books
Fixed being able to pick up servers in the IT room before the door is opened
Firestarter
Airport (Day 1)
Added an invisible wall above the starting airport fence until said fence is breached
Golden Grin Casino
Added new enemy spawn locations on the second floor of the casino
Fixed bottlenecked enemy spawns slowing down assaults
Watchdogs
Boat Load (Day 2)
Fixed VR players being able to pick up magical bags of coke from under the floor in the parking lot
White Xmas
Enabled dual-mode ziplines allowing players to move bags with them
Updates may be incompatible with the mods you may have installed. Even seemingly unrelated mods may cause unexpected issues. If you are experiencing any problems with the game; try removing any mods you may have installed and try again.
If you are having issues with an unmodded game you can try to verify the integrity of the game files. In the Steam library; right-click on PAYDAY 2. Select "Properties" from the menu. Under the tab "LOCAL FILES" select "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...". The process may take some time to finish.
