Update: Lenient nerfing, Cyrillic speech bubbles gone and other changes

Howdy, skilful party throwers!

Meet another Party Hard Tycoon update. We have fixed some bugs and made changes to the gameplay. Here goes the full change log:

• items'electricity/hype/durability icons have returned to the pre-party planning phase:

• fixed quest/dialogue window issues

• fixed the bug with quests not completing properly

• fixed likes/dislikes issues

• fixed the lights that blocked passages

• fixed Cyrillic sреесн виввles popping up in the English version

• fixed the Game over screen

• fixed personnel cursor

• made the afterparty statistics plausible

• bossted chances to get likes during parties

• nerfed chances for people to be disappointed
