Update - Air trick, Achievements, 32bit support

• Polish to HUD, better controller support.

• You can now make air tricks by holding the button.

• Stunned characters can be flipped with the button.

• The Joust characters are smaller and there is some tweaks to the fall speed.

• Added 19 achievements, including a new secret that you can find.

• Should now support 32bit Win7 (untested, let me know if it actually works)
