New Game Mode
This version includes a new game mode
procedural. It generated a world procedurally based on a seed. At the moment only seeds 0-3 are enabled but eventually I'll enable an infinite number. Perhaps we'll rotate a new map every day/week. This mode is very experimental so please keep that in mind.

Changes
Added a new mode! Procedurally generated worlds. Very experimental.
Fixed 'r' resetting when in chat mode.
Fixed spawn orientation on tunnel map.
Fixed timer not starting on some maps.
More consistent way of making sure gravity values are the same.
Added some more helper text to explain what ranked/unranked is
Added right should button on gamepad to be jump (will add proper bindings soon )
Hidden 'normalize input' option, I think we settled on a default.
Fixed spawn in tunnel not reaching all the way on the sides.
Disabled collision between balls ( + fixed some edge cases where you could jump off of no-collision balls)
Deaths are client side, so should avoid glitches in multiplayer where if host can't keep up, you can go through lasers.
Fixed what happens when you let the 'ready' entering menu ride itself out.
Fixed chat not working sometimes.
Increased multiplayer match round duration from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
