addedIn this update we bring a new support unit, the Radioman, this support unit will buff the range of all nearby units. We also have reworked our anti-tank units and added 2 new ones. There is now a Bazooka, PIAT, Panzerfaust, and Panzerschreck AT unit.
changedRadiomanThe stronger buff will be selected in the case of two overlapping Radiomen. You are permitted to place up to 2 Radiomen per map.
addedRadiomanThe range buff is calculated in percentage, so a unit with 1000 RNG and 15% buff, will get an additional 150 RNG added on.
changedRadiomanYou may notice that the US unit has a stronger range buff but a more expensive cost compared to the GER version. We are starting to differentiate our two factions, and you'll see much more of this in the next updates. We want the Allies to have more range and attack speed, while the Axis should be more of a high-damage dealer.
changedRadiomanWe also adjusted the order of buffs applied, the order goes as follows: Base Stats -> Upgrade -> Elevation (RNG Only) -> Squad Buff -> Support Buff
changedRadiomanAs always we are open to feedback to balance these units further. Feel free to reach out with feedback on our Discord page or directly on Steam.

Radioman

All units within the radius of the Radioman will be buffed. Support units do not get any buffs (nor do they need any).

Any units that walk into the radius, per a move order, or say a spawned infantry will get a buff.

The stronger buff will be selected in the case of two overlapping Radiomen. You are permitted to place up to 2 Radiomen per map.

The stats for the Radioman are as follows:

The range buff is calculated in percentage, so a unit with 1000 RNG and 15% buff, will get an additional 150 RNG added on.

New AT Units

So we have technically 4 new units here, the 2 previous AT units have gotten a full rework and 2 brand new units have been added to the shop.

Allies Units

The Bazooka Unit replaced the old Allies Anti Tank unit, everyone has access to this unit free of charge.

This unit's strength its cheap cost, and its large range, allows much more time to target and hit enemy armor.

The PIAT is a British AT weapon, expanding our British arsenal. It is reasonably priced although weaker than its Axis counterpart, but is still very good at taking out Medium armor. Due to its cheap cost many of these can be placed early on to make up for its Axis counterpart.

Axis Units

The Panzerfaust replaced the old axis Anti Tank unit, everyone has access to this unit free of charge.

This unit is cheap to place but more expensive to fully upgrade. While having a high explosive payload and armor pierce for the price, its range is quite lacking especially with its slow attack speed. It will greatly benefit from some support unit and squad buffs.

The Panzerschreck is going to be the top-of-the-line best hand-held AT weapon but with a high cost associated with it. This unit can easily replace the need for using light tanks as it can penetrate almost the highest armor vehicles in the game.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed selling factory units awarding more points than intended

  • Fixed clicking on support units and not selecting a unit (if not selecting the direct center of the unit)

  • Fixed a bug that didn't properly apply range bonuses

  • Fixed render depth on support units static meshes not showing through walls

  • Fixed vehicle spawns on Desert 5 getting stuck in spawn

  • Fixed a potential map loading failure on Forest 3,4,5

  • Fixed GER AP unit being the US version
