Today, for the first time on any platform, we are putting Owlboy on a 50% Off for Steam's Daily Deal, celebrating the end of summer - the first summer our team has been able to take a proper vacation post-launch!

Summer & Art

And what a summer it's been! While we've been able to relax a little, there's always something going on. The game launched almost 2 years ago, but it still feels like only yesterday. Fan-art is always a fantastic thing to wake up to. In June, our artist Simon (@snakepixel) prompted a #drawthisinyourstyle while posting his own artwork of Otus, Owlboy's main character. Winding Down

While Owlboy's been a huge success for us on Steam, it recently hit home consoles, which is what we've mostly concentrated on since the original launch. Recovering has been... trying. In July, PCGamer did an interview focusing on the aftermath of releasing one's dream game - Steam post image I recommend giving it a read, especially since it covers some of my favorite dev's input on a very familiar topic.
