Hello Citizens!

We’ve noticed some of you are having trouble with getting fertilizer to work, so we wanted to share a quick guide on how to get that going.

There are 4 ways to get fertilizer:

  1. Collect Seagrass/Kelp directly from coastal locations.

  2. Leave logs and plants on the ground to rot. After two in-game days, collect the organic waste left behind.

  3. Equip the lantern and use it to light trees/plants on fire - collect the ash once fully burned.

  4. Place a TON of composters - on their own, they generate fertilizer at an extremely slow rate, but adding a lot of composters does add up.

This should get your farms up and running in no time! Also, as an extra tip: in the map view, you can hover over resources in the bottom right and it will show you some locations where you can find the relevant materials for those resource.

Additionally, we're working to get a patch out to address some bug fixes as soon as possible.
