changedIggy - Nerfed - Overcat dash damage from 25 > 20 Dev Comment: Iggy's Overcat bonus is more powerful than some other cats, leading to him overperforming when using this effect. This change should bring him more in line with other Overcat bonuses.
changedChase - Buffed/Nerfed - Chase now maintains momentum when stunned. Dev Comment: Chase's biggest struggle is getting stunned or whiffing and losing speed, and while he needs to accelerate back up he can get hit again. For a character whose main trait is slidey movement, he often doesnt move too much during a match. This change should help with this issue, and make him even sillier lol.
changedOscar - Buffed - Rage threshold from 50 > 61.66 Dev Comment: Oscar's rage activates when he's at a third of his health or lower. This change now means that that third is based on overcat health (185) instead of undercat health (150), making it easier to intuit when it will be active by looking at the health bar while also being a buff.
changedNoodles - Buffed - Noodles' quintuple damage parry now quintuples total parry damage instead of base parry damage. Dev Comment: The parry damage formula is [9 + (20% of parried attack's damage)], and previously Noodles' super parry would multiply just the 9 by 5. Now, it multiplies the full formula. In broad strokes, this means that the following changes are in effect: - Super Parrying light damage from 46 > 50 - Super Parrying medium damage from 48 > 60 - Super Parrying heavy damage from 50 > 70 This should allow for greater pay off to pulling off the super parry in general, but should also allow for high level skill expression for Noodles in purposely holding your super parry to bait out a bigger payoff against a heavy attack.

Tommy - Reworked - Tommy now has his stun duration scale up faster, instead of not having a maximum stun duration. Dev Comment: Tommy's old design left very little room for tweaking without complicating his already somewhat unintuitive downside. At the same time, the penalty of not having a max stun duration came up very little as even other characters rarely hit the maximum. Now, every time he misses an attack, the stun durations increase faster than they do for other cats. This should simultaneously bring his power closer to the rest of the cast, while also making future adjustments easier.

Casper - Nerfed - Speed given to enemies after attacking increased - Light speed boost given from 4% > 5% - Medium speed boost given from 5% > 7% - Heavy speed boost given from 6% > 9% Dev Comment: Casper has generally performed well without his drawback being too impactful. This change should lead to more exciting games when playing against him.

Moby - Buffed/Nerfed - Meow heal now heals more at low health, but heals significantly less at higher health Dev Comment: Moby always healed more at low health. The idea was that there should be interesting decision making between using the heal quickly so you can get another, or holding it to be more effective. The former strategy has proved slightly too effective, leading so less interesting matches of repeated parries and heals. This should change things.

Bug Fixes I've been happy to see that many of the previous patch's potential fixes have been working well. There are however, plenty of bugs still to iron out, and unfortunately many of them are trickier than the quick fixes this patch includes. I remain at work looking into the issues that are leading to crashes, but have yet to figure things out fully. If you have any information at all around major bugs in the game, don't hesitate to reach out with clips or reliable ways of triggering them. After these issues are solved, we'll be looking at getting Star & Luna active in online lobbies. Your patience during this time is massively appreciated, and I will have more major fixes coming soon. In the mean time: - Fixed attacks occasionally missing Noodles when they shouldn't - Fixed controller vibration no longer working (or at least I think so. one of my controllers decided mid vibrate check would be the perfect time to no longer vibrate, even outside of Overcat, so that's awesome for me I guess.) - Added potential fix to visual bugs surrounding the fade in and fade out animations for Sammy

General - When holding the bumpers to view your Overcat boost, added text saying "When OVERCAT..." for clarity.
