Reverted to a TCP download system with a UDP backup. Maybe fixed that the NA server would hang up at some random point during the night.

(Fuck my life) - Various VOIP Fixes - Damage reports when firing at vehicles are fixed now?! - A bunch of map fixes - There were probably more changes as well, but I am not informed of everything. The information appears to be distributed on a strict need to know basis... Ensuring that I never have a complete picture of ongoing development. I can only assume this is a deliberate effort to limit my effectiveness.
