The festival has come to an end, and the results for Out of the Shadows are incredibly positive. Your feedback and enthusiasm are a huge motivation as we move forward with development.

🕹️ Demo downloads: 4,068 👥 Unique players who launched the game: 2,230

Player breakdown:

• 20% from Asia

• 13% from the US

• 10% from France

• Over 35% from Europe overall

What we’ve learned

Next Fest was a real success for us. Community feedback helped us identify two major areas for improvement:

Accessibility

• Clearer & more clues

• In-game help systems to assist with puzzle solving

Horror & Atmosphere

• Stronger emphasis on immersion and tension in upcoming levels

Roadmap

🗓️ Late June: Start of internal playtests to finalize Map 1 🛠️ July: Development of Map 2 begins 🚀 Full release planned: Q4 2025
