Dear earthlings!
After a very busy period in my personal life , including buying a house and actually surviving the move, development slowed down a little. But now I can proudly present the RPG II update!
Here’s a look at what’s new. Enjoy! BOUNTY JOBS
Players can now fly to a Marshal Space Station and accept bounty missions! Choose between 3 tiers that vary in difficulty, distance, and reward.
You’ve got two ways to complete the job:
Bring the bounty back alive in handcuffs for the full payout.
Or take the “less paperwork” approach and return the target as a corpse for half the reward.
Justice comes in many forms.
CARGO JOBS
Load up your spaceship and deliver valuable cargo across the galaxy! Players can now visit Supply Stations and accept cargo hauling contracts in 3 different tiers, varying in distance, reward, risk, and payload size.
Some deliveries are simple business trips. Others are not.
Be careful though, certain routes are known for pirate activity, and they’re always looking for someone carrying expensive crates. SHIPYARDS Players can now pay a visit to the Shipyard!
Here you can sell your old spacecraft or upgrade to some of the finest, most advanced ships in the galaxy, all for cold, hard cash.
Whether you're upgrading or just trying to offload a ship held together by hope and duct tape, the Shipyard has you covered. TRADE STATIONS
Got an inventory full of loot or a purse stuffed with cash? Visit a Trade Station to take care of it all.
Here players can buy practically infinite amounts of goods, from weapons and supplies to provisions for the long trip. And if you’re on the other side of the deal, you can sell everything you’ve collected for cold, hard cash.
if it exists, it’s probably for sale. And if you’re broke afterward... well, that’s your problem.
NEW STARMAP
The star map has received a major update!
It now puts a strong focus on exploration, the map starts off fully covered, and the more you explore, the more it reveals itself. No shortcuts, just good old fashioned discovery.
NEW GAME SETUP MENU With this brand new game setup menu, players can fully customize their own experience and create the kind of game they want to play. You can now choose whether to spawn in deep space or start on a planet, giving you complete freedom over how your adventure begins.
The setup system also allows you to decide if your ship starts with a crew already onboard or if you want to build your team from scratch. In addition, players can create their own faction, customize its identity, and configure starting relationships and reputation levels with other factions across the galaxy. This gives every new playthrough a unique political and gameplay dynamic right from the start.
Players can also export spaceships created in the editor directly into the starter ship pool. This allows custom designed vessels to appear as selectable starting ships in new games, giving players even more freedom to personalize their experience and begin their adventure with ships they created themselves.
TERROTORY WARS
After the player has self-destruct five enemy spaceships, a powerful boss ship will appear to challenge them. Once the player manages to destroy the two Dominion Command Mainframes, a large wave of enemy reinforcements will arrive to defend the sector.
If the player survives the assault and defeats all remaining opposition, the sector will fall under the player’s faction control, rewarding them
