I'm excited to announce that Ouros works great on Steam Deck! I've been working hard on getting it to work seamlessly, and am very happy with how it controls. You'll be able to play on Steam Deck in 3 different ways:
Ouros will have multi-touch support for Steam Deck. Multi-Touch works especially well on the new Steam Deck OLED!
You'll be to use the Right Trackpad to emulate the mouse cursor (click and drag with trackpad click or R2).
You'll also be able to use the Left Joystick to emulate the mouse cursor (click and drag with the A button).
You can even combine control schemes! For example you can use the right trackpad to drag one point, and use touch to drag another.
Here's a video of multi-touch!
The UI functions with the touch, mouse cursor emulation, and dpad+buttons.
Ouros runs at a buttery smooth 90 fps on the new Steam Deck OLED model, and 60 fps on the older LCD model.
If playing on the Steam Deck, be sure to use the Official Controller Layout.
That's all for now! Be sure to wishlist Ouros if you haven't already! I can't wait it into your hands.
Best, Michael
