changedThis is why the game features the voice talents of Mick Lauer. He's the "boss" of Smooth Moves and his great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, grandson is Dave. The family didn't want to give him any special treatment so left him as a level 1 testing technician. The limited gene pool of the human race by the time OTTTD came around meant that the entire Omnicorp army was related and again all voiced by Mick.
