Roster Helmet Toggle and Hour Indicator, Autotask Stillness, Tracking Alarm Fix

Hey Folks! Just a quick hotfix here (0.15.1.17) to relieve some issues players noted with helmet removal, among other things. ROSTER UI now includes a toggle for the auto helmet removal behavior.
