addedAgents, We have updated The Office client of Orwell to Version 1.1. This effort is meant to aid agents in their duties by notifying them better and allowing them to use multiple instances of the same information from the Profiler to achieve a certain effect. In addition we were able to identify and fix some technical issues with the client. Please refer to the memo titled "Version 1.1 - Patch notes" below for further details. We're planning to further improve the Orwell system in the future for an even better user experience. Please note: In case you have a relative and/or friend who would fit the Orwell program, or haven't applied for service yourself, application fees for Orwell are currently 20% off for a limited time period. Also, any persons not having fulfilled their duty as an investigator may now sign up for thae Bonton Bombings case (also known as "Keeping an Eye On You") at 50% of the usual fee. Version 1.1 - Patch notes

Content changes

  • Whenever new Datachunks in old documents appear, a notification star on the corresponding tool icon will appear (except when that tool is currently active).

  • Fixed typos throughout the game.

  • Spoiler Episode 1:

    Oleg's daughter is only called 'Radka' now. The name 'Radka' is now usable in Radka's profile as well as Oleg's contacts tab. Note this will not work in profiles already past Episode 1.

  • Spoiler Episode 2:

    The name 'Rowland Ellison' is now usable in Rowland's profile as well as Ilya's contacts tab. Note this will not work in profiles already past Episode 2.

  • Spoiler Episode 2:

    Reworked the Hand of Blood award photo on Ilya's PC. It now contains a new nickname for Ilya.

    Fixed Nina getting killed in Episode 3 in imported savegames in which she originally survived and got arrested. Note this will only work in profiles created after the patch.

Technical fixes

Fixed the intro not playing on some systems.

Fixed the original document still being accessible through arrow navigation on updates Insider documents on phones.

Removed duplicate names from ending credits roll.

Fixed the Influencer narrative typing animation stopping without the upload icon re-appearing when dragging a narrative while it was still being typed.

When logging out immediately after pressing "Upload" in the Influencer and logging in again afterwards, the profile previously went into a state where the narrative had been disabled, but not uploaded. This has been fixed.
