We will talk about core gameplay features, how it will feel to play the game, curious facts about our orcs, our team and so on. changedCreating the game is a big process, unifying game designers, developers, 2D and 3D artists, sound designers and representatives of many other exciting professions. Today we will share with you a glimpse of how 3D assets for our game are made.
addedThen a 3D artist picks up work on this asset and adds some volume to this picture. Everything starts from the high poly and low poly. It’s kind of the sketch for the future model. On this model the game designer and the concept artist pay attention to the geometry, proportions, every element and give “the green colour” to the next stage - colouring and texturing.
changedSo, we are on the threshold of the most exciting stage of the whole process - seeing how the idea becomes a real model. Voila!
