He is bringing many fresh ideas, including a project to upgrade our 3D animation pipeline. He’s a bright young man, and I’m happy that I found him. The other recruit is a writer who sent us a story that engaged me from start to finish. Our one writer was getting overloaded, and I felt we needed one extra guy to handle the tasks.
