changedI'd like to dig a little deeper into "Break Issen." When you completely deplete an enemy’s Stamina Gauge, which represents the connection between their soul and body, the enemy will lose their balance. At that moment, you can aim for a Break Issen. Issen delivers high damage, but its timing window is very strict. However, Break Issen is designed to let players who struggle with precise timing still experience the thrill of performing an Issen. With Break Issen, you can choose which part of a formidable foe’s body to target. The red marker deals a large amount of health damage, while the purple marker releases a large number of souls, allowing you to choose based on the situation. The animation also changes depending on the body part you target, resulting in a powerful and dramatic Issen sequence. I hope to showcase these variations in the future! —Director: Nihei
