Kubi Akari is a tricky opponent for Musashi, capable of absorbing nearby souls, spitting glowing projectiles from its mouth, and even unleashing self‑destruct attacks. Despite its creepy appearance, its unique voice and chatter give it a strange but lovable charm. Speaking of Japanese folklore: while the "Rokurokubi" is famous for its elongated neck, older legends tell of the "Nukekubi" a creature whose head detaches completely and flies around.
