[4/28 Addendum]
Greetings from the Onigiri Service Team.
There will be no client update during this maintenance.
The maintenance was originally scheduled in response to inquiries received after the maintenance on 4/23/2026 JST regarding issues such as client crashes, in order to stabilize the servers. However, an issue occurred while sending out the maintenance notice in-game, and the server stopped around 16:30 prior to the scheduled start of the maintenance.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the client crashes, the cause is still under investigation. If you experience the same issue, we would appreciate it if you could contact us via the inquiry form and include the following information:
・Actions taken immediately before the crash ・Whether you were using party chat at the time of the crash ・Whether you were using a chat group at the time of the crash ・(If you were playing a dungeon) which dungeon you were in
Additionally, if a log was generated at the time of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could attach the log file to your inquiry. Location of log files (default installation path): Right-click 'Onigiri' in your Library → 'Manage' → 'Browse Local Files' → 'log' Please send the log file corresponding to the time when the issue occurred.
As an apology for the maintenance and the server issue, the following items will be sent to you
