  • enabling tutorials no longer allows buying omnitool upgrades free of charge

  • fixed cutscenes related to jim-bob's relations

  • fixes made to "Check on her" quest

  • NPC relations window now always shows correct portrait

  • additional fixes to prevent objects from disappearing when placed near region borders
