fixed[Balance Changes] - Updated Soul cards with additional effect of 'Alchemist's Touch' to increase usability with other classes outside of Mage. - Debuffs so they no longer stack. Players now have to wait until the duration of the previous debuff to re-apply a new instance. For example if a monster is already frozen, player cannot freeze it again until the duration of the first one has ended [Bug Fixes] - Fixed skill descriptions percentages to round to a full number
