🌱 Another Update: The Demo Is Here 🌱
Hello, Valued Community,
Big news: the demo is ready to float into the world. After countless tweaks, fixes, and late-night coding marathons, the game has finally reached the point where you will get to experience it firsthand.
✨ What’s in the Demo?
Playable Levels
New areas to drift through are included. They are not perfect, but at least the seed is slightly less likely to phase through the floor and discover the underworld.
Readable Lore
The text system has been rebuilt (again) and now includes a dyslexia-friendly font option. Words should behave themselves this time instead of wiggling around like they are possessed.
Improved Physics
Seeds float like seeds, not bricks. Wind feels like wind, not a chaotic gale auditioning for a disaster movie.
A Tutorial That’s… Helpful?
The introduction has been reworked so new players can actually learn how to play instead of accidentally inventing new speedrunning categories by crashing into walls.
A Healthier Camera
The camera is now less dizzy and no longer behaves like it just stumbled out of a tavern.
Fewer Bugs (Probably)
The game saves properly.
Textures no longer flicker like a rave.
Music does not wander off to grab a coffee mid-level.
Achievements actually unlock when you earn them.
🌬️ Why This Matters
This demo is the first real chance to step into the world that has been in the works for far too long. It is about exploration, quiet storytelling, and the journey of a drifting seed (with only minimal existential crises).
