used the knowledge from fixing first bug in list to speed up cockpit rendering slightly

Fixed an issue that caused up to 50% CPU usage by the EventSystem at certain situations
Missing wheel colision detection at several parts of the map fixed
fixed despawning coaches at Rostock Südstadt
Removed shadows from gas station park position marking
fixed a possible spawn in parked trucks at roadhouses by removing random empty entries from the random spawner
fixed the rain in cockpit issue
fixed several misplaced control triggers at traffic lights
fixed traffic light position at crossing near Horner Kreisel (Hamburg)
fixed one AI despawning and one spawning on sidewalk issue at Cologne
Known issues:
ToDo
Reputation calculation sometimes deduct reputation and does not add up. Repro takes place:
If two partial orders are completed at the same time, the reputation of the first partial order will deduct as malus from the reputation of the second partial order
No upper loading limit for vehicles (?)
Input Conflict Checking does not work between categories
Proxies for bridge railings, otherwise good way to ruin your own profiles
Separation between "from" and "to" orders to companies should also be possible through register cards (more consistent)
Sunflare effects at night (still to be intercepted)
Some Good Icons are missing (replaced by Empty Palletes Icon)
Bloom / Emission partially escalates due to the new PostFX setting (?)
Sound dropout with reload dropped frames. Unrecoverable?
