Hi everyone,
We hope you’re all doing well! We’re excited to share some big news about the future of Old Market Simulator and what we’ve been working on recently. We’ve been hard at work on a major new update and on porting Old Market Simulator to other platforms.
Major Update – Roman Era Adventure Mode
In this upcoming update, you’ll find yourself in a new Roman-era map, set after an earthquake. This update introduces Adventure Mode, where you’ll need to produce and craft all your products from scratch, no more ordering products! You’ll help NPCs like the Lumberjack, Engineer, and others rebuild their livelihoods (some of their products won’t be available at the start), you will complete tasks, and repair the town to increase its population, which means more customers.
The new task system will guide you to explore areas beyond the town, gather resources, and unlock new opportunities. Based on your feedback from the East Town map, this Roman-era map will feature different product parameters, prices will vary, so you may need to rethink your selling strategy. Of course, it will also have unique products of its own.
We’re aiming to release this major update in October.
Before the Major Update
Before the Roman-era adventure launches, we’ll be releasing another update focused on bug fixes and a significant performance boost.
New Platforms
As mentioned earlier, we’ve also been working on porting Old Market Simulator to Nintendo Switch and Xbox. It’s been quite a journey, but we’ve made great progress. Soon, you’ll be able to enjoy our beloved game on your favorite consoles.
That’s all for now! We’re incredibly excited about the future of Old Market Simulator and hope you are too. Happy selling!
