Oddslinger changes
Development Update (not yet live in the Demo) Hey everyone! We’ve been working hard on Oddslinger, and we’re excited to share a big progress update on what’s coming to Early Access.
✅ What’s new in development
- New EraThe Sixties A fresh retro atmosphere and new progression beats as your runs evolve.
New Era: Neon
A full vibe shift — new visuals, new feel, and more variety as you push deeper into a run.
Ascension Tree (Fantasy) — initial version
After completing the Fantasy Era, you enter Ascension and spend Ascension Points to unlock powerful perks that shape your strategy.
✨ New perk spotlight: Fate’s Nudge (coming to EA)
One of our favorite new perks is Fate’s Nudge — a magical hand that can add a “missing piece” to your drawn cards to complete a stronger combination. Examples include turning Two Pair → Full House, finishing a Flush, or completing key combos when you’re just one card away.
❤️ Thank you for the wishlists
To everyone who wishlisted Oddslinger already: thank you. It truly means a lot and helps the game more than you might think.
We’re aiming to release the first Early Access version in April. Right now we’re working on the Ascension Tree after the Retro Sixties Era, plus a new perk for it (we’ll keep it secret for now — but we’ll show it in the next update).
After launch, we’ve got big plans for EA updates: more perks, more Ascension nodes, and eventually Rewind Ascension — the “supreme” layer with long-term upgrades.
Stay tuned, and if you like what you see — add the game to your Wishlist!
