Octopus Goulash changes
Many of you provided valuable feedback—thank you so much!
In this weekend's update, I addressed several reported bugs and improved sections such as the Xbox controller UI and audio balancing. I've also disabled voice audio by default, as it proved distracting for many. The option remains available, but I generally recommend keeping it off.
Here's a quick list of what's new:
Improved audio balancing.
Spoken dialogue now disabled by default.
Fixed initial Taxi mission bug (empty room issue).
Added a warning message the first time you attempt to turn off the engine.
Implemented Xbox controller UI (awaiting your feedback since I haven't fully tested it yet).
Enhanced visibility for overlapping sprites.
Fixed the Fixer server platform bug.
Improved readability of in-game notifications.
Added a basic explanation hint for using Safe Drive (working on a clearer guide).
Improved visibility for character names during dialogue.
Several minor fixes I can't remember right now!
This update is just a small step forward. The primary gameplay mechanics will soon become clearer. The goal is first to ensure everything runs smoothly, then progressively add quests and additional content.
Regarding the city, there are still older assets and models waiting for updates. Over time, I'll continue improving 3D models, advertisements, and vehicles.
Now I'm off to get some sleep!
