addedTo pull back the curtain a bit, there are always two phases for me adding in a new mechanic in this game. The first phase is the one where I make the background systems of the mechanic work. That was the last update. The second phase is where I actually make some content with the mechanic. That's now. Crime and Punishment - Extended brings in a wider array of security buildings as well as balancing some crime scores for older, existing buildings. This update comes with:
