Oasis Mission: Colony Sim changes
After a few weeks of testing and fixes, I’ll press the full release button on Steam once the new screenshots and trailers are ready. In the meantime, you can enjoy this update!
I’d love it if you could share your thoughts in the game reviews—your feedback will be a huge support for the project before the full launch!
You can play older versions of the game by switching to the beta branch in the application settings, for example, to version 0.9.7.

Launching the Space Station
The final mission has been added! Completing it will bring a sense of achievement as you finish the map. Your goal is to develop a high-tech colony and launch three shuttles carrying components for an orbital station! These launches will require rare resources. Completing a single map up to this final stage will take 3-5 hours.
After completing all missions, you can continue playing in free mode.
New Map Design
All maps have been completely reworked! They are now significantly larger and designed to encourage the creation of multiple colonies and outposts.
You’ll need to set up logistics routes between them and use faster ships to deliver resources directly to your base.
New maps:
Great River A continent divided by several wide river channels.
Islands Numerous small islands requiring a complex logistics network.
Icy Ridges Colonies and logistics must be built between narrow mountain passes.
Canyons A mix of plateaus and valleys, offering strategic choices for colony placement.
Improved Terrain and Performance
Shaders for terrain rendering and resource overlays have been rewritten, improving visual quality. FPS boost by 15%!
Maps now feature multiple biomes and unique visual designs in some locations.
New Resources and Buildings
Don’t worry—I haven’t just stretched the game! Instead, I’ve expanded the number of resources, buildings, and mechanics. Old production chains have also been improved and refined.
New extractable resources:
Natural gas
Nuclear materials
New ship-mined resources:
Silicon
Platinum
Gold
Copper
New crafted resources:
Hydrogen
Carbon
Electronics
Superconductors
New factories:
Gas extractor
Nuclear extractor
Hydrogen factory
Electronics factory
Superconductors factory
Resource Limits and Outposts
Each resource deposit now has a finite reserve that gradually replenishes, preventing players from stationing multiple high-level mining ships in a single spot. You'll have to search for new deposits!
Outposts increase the total resources available in a deposit, boosting extraction rates. Each deposit can have up to two outposts of one type:
Geological Survey Outpost
Mining Outpost
The resource display on the map has been improved, now showing limits and replenishment rates for deposits.
Oblivion Camps
Enemy camps now appear on maps with different threat levels and Oblivion ships that regenerate over time. Waves of enemy ships will now launch from these camps, meaning attacks will come from multiple directions.
