Delayed launch

Hello all, we want to apologize for the game launch delay but we found some framerate drop bugs and we believe that this is not acceptable in our product. While working on this issue we decided to improve other aspects of Nuclear Contingency as well. We hope that the game will be ready for release in two weeks.
