Alliance Joint Negotiation Store:
The store will be unlocked when the Alliance level reaches level 7. The Joint Negotiation Store is a time-limited store accessible only to Alliance members. The store is divided into two stages: Bargaining Stage and Trading Stage.
When the Bargaining Stage begins, the Joint Negotiation Store will refresh a set of random items, with the item content related to the server's current stage. Alliance members can bargain for the items in the store.
Each member will receive a corresponding number of bargaining attempts based on the Alliance level when the store refreshes. Members can bargain for different items or bargain multiple times for the same item.
The price of the item at the end of the Bargaining Stage will be its final price.
After the Trading Stage begins, items can be purchased, limited to 1 per item.
After the Trading Stage ends, the store will switch to a new Bargaining Stage, refreshing the items and resetting the bargaining attempts and purchase counts for members.

After the server enters the Matrix, the CosmoTycoon privilege shop will offer the following ship hulls:
Troy, Fury Zelos, Dzta'madr, Yz, Ares, Mycenae, Agony Hecate
Changed Jonathan Power's Firepower Concord skill:
From "Increases Fleet Missile weapon damage by X when there are at least 3 Cruisers in the fleet."
To "Increases Fleet Missile weapon damage by X when there is at least 1 Cruiser in the fleet."
New Heimdall Dreadnought ship coating: Glory Guard
Added a notification when an Alliance territory is under attack
Improved the ship display order in the Fleet Sharing interface: The flagship is now always positioned at the top, with remaining ships sorted by combat power
Added a fleet recall button to the dock fleet interface
New in-game chat translation system
Optimized the building and shop tiers for Crimson Invasion, and adjusted Scavenger's strength and rewards
The radar interface now includes a countdown for complete radar energy recovery
Optimized the display of the player's group in the Heaven's Veil battle list
Ship icons in the assemble interface now display the ship's chip level
The server list now allows searching all currently open servers
Added pre-announcement for Matrix Series Arrival and Singularity deployment events, commanders can preview upcoming server stages
Once the Deep Space Procurement Plan event starts, commanders can purchase event bundles, limited to one per day. After meeting the required bundle purchase amount, a free grand prize is unlocked
Alliance Outposts will no longer actively pull nearby Commander's Workships into battle
After upgrading the planet transformation building units, the commander’s strength will be increased
Fixed a bug where tapping on the button to return to Renney from Goliath would not work
Fixed an issue where Admiral skills that increase damage for all fleets on the same battlefield did not take effect when the Admiral's fleet was full
Fixed a bug where explorable planets would appear in unattainable places such as Vidocq territories
Fixed a bug where certain Crisis of Shroud achievements would not register (your achievements will be completed retroactively)
