๐ฎ Gameplay
Added new final scene!
Added current area display to the map! So now you can check the map to see where you are!
Added map in fast travel (sewer system) menu, so you know were you are going!
Now map icons disappear if they are no longer relevant! (If you already opened a door, picked an upgrade or rescued an NPC, the icons will no longer be visible). This make its easier for players to know what is left to do, so they don't get lost and know what's pending
Fixed Security Cameras not being able to spot you when you were just below them
Reworked internal picked items system
Changed anti-aliasing method from TSA to FXAA to avoid time accumulations flickers
Now your save gets deleted on game over! (This was intended from the beginning, we just forgot about it)
Added alternative bindings for some actions (now you can crouch with "C" or "Ctrl", what feels better for you! Quick map has also multiple alternative inputs, "M", "Caps Lock" or "Z")
Adjusted first Phantom patrol points so it does not get stuck
Fixed the preview parable effect (it should have been a discontinued line but was wrongly implemented)
๐ฑ๏ธ Controls & Camera
Reworked camera completely. Now aiming is decoupled from panning, which gave us better control over how camera behaves for mouse and gamepad
So, we were able to implement specific logic for each input method and state (normal, panning, aiming)! Making the experience much more enjoyable for both input methods
Also, now panning with mouse only happens when "Space" is being pressed, so players can move the mouse freely without triggering panning, which caused a lot of players playing with the camera always panned and gave them a hard time
And lastly, now you can change gadgets while aiming! So it's easier to throw multiple gadgets at once!
๐พ Saving & Progress
Picked up items save logic has been refactored to centralize it, making it easier for us to debug and making it more robust so there are no issues of items not correctly being marked as picked up
๐ Menus & UI
Adjust the "Laser Module" sprite to it fits the inventory grid better
Fix HUD hiding in the middle of cinematics instead of at the start
๐ Bugs
And of course, lots of bugs fixed and small adjustments to improve the experience!
