• Reduces all elemental resistances by 5.

• Increases incoming damage from all attacks by 5%.

• Level 4 buff

• All attacks are increased by 5%.

• Provides a 5% chance to reset the cooldown of the attack skill used.

• Increases movement speed by 1.
