addedAlthough the Steam page has been up for a while, the online presence of Norigin has been pretty much dormant up until this month. Why? Well, pretty much from its inception (minus a few months) I have been wrestling with trying to get the core mechanics, art style and narrative aligned (all while raising a family etc - the usual😅). Now that things are more in unison, I feel it is a good time to go on this dev journey more publicly . The good thing there is now a playable prototype actively in development that reflects the core boss climbing loop (with snippets of this gameplay shown in the trailer). However there are still LOTS of key features that need to be added and developed at various stages before the game is ready to ship such as mini-bosses and puzzles just to name a few. I am looking to give you all high level dev updates here on Steam (with more regular exclusive updates on the Norigin "Insider" mailing list) - so make sure to give a follow if you’re curious! For all questions like whether there will be a public demo etc please refer to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page 🙋🙋‍♂️ – and feel free to make suggestions in case I missed anything too! Oh … and who am I? Well I'm the director behind Norigin. Currently I work solo with contractors that rotate on and off the project depending on its needs in a sort of ramp on/ramp off basis. And of course - make sure you add Norigin to your wishlist if you’re interested in the game! (it helps show how much interest the game has and helps give visibility to it). Thanks for coming along on this journey with me! 🏃 Jugraaj (Indie Dev) | JSS Games P.S. Hiya Everybody! 👋 I’d like to welcome you all to Norigin – an atmospheric adventure game with boss fight elements (including cinematic boss climbing! 🧗) - an indie game that comfortably crosses over with the boss rush subgenre.

In case you missed it, the Norigin reveal trailer was officially shown by IGN below a few weeks ago🎥 (all a bit surreal that this little indie game has started to get legs)
