New / Changes

  • GENERALIST BANNER SYSTEM: Choose 2 banners from 5 different tower types and earn a powerful specialization as a reward!

  • NEW SEASON: A new season has begun – many things have changed. You can still view the results of the last season. The following badges are awarded for the previous season:

  • Endless Mode Scaling Modifiers: Enemies gain special resistance scaling over time. In turn, spell base damage now scales as well.

  • Shadow Tornados (Tornado x Shadow Fusion) now trigger Darkness (Shadow Banner effect), but no longer trigger Overdose (Shadow Banner)

  • Frost spells now override Frost Tower effects (and cannot be overwritten by Frost Towers)

  • Reroll function for Hero Choice added via a new Hero Tower Meta Perk

  • Added button to open chests (for cases where visibility is blocked)

  • City-building icons now change color based on the upgrade completion of their respective building

Major bug fixes

  • Fixed special case of invisible chests

  • Fixed bug preventing spells from being triggered

  • Improved savegame stability

  • Fixed rare bug in later waves where bosses could become immortal

  • Fixed rare bug in later waves where health bars disappeared

Adjustments

  • Doom Scattering (Raven x Tornado Fusion): Initial: 20% → 30% Banner upgrades: 6/8/14% → 9/12/21%

  • Clinking Mastery (Raven x Frost Fusion): Initial: 200% → 300% Banner upgrades: 60/80/140% → 90/120/210%

  • Precision Shots (Arrow x Mortar Fusion): Initial: 90% → 120% Banner upgrades: 30/40/70% → 40/55/95%

  • Shadow Tornado (Tornado x Shadow Fusion): Duration: 200 → 130 Banner Duration: 20/30/40 → 9/12/21 Damage: 400% → 200% Banner Damage: 120/160/280% → 60/80/140%

  • Squall (Tornado Banner): Initial: +73/87/130 → +90/120/210% Upgrades: +43/57/100 → +60/80/140%

  • Stormbringer (Tornado Banner): +18/24/42% → +21/28/50%

  • Wide Blast (Volcano Mortar Banner): +15/20/35% → +20/27/47%

  • Runestone Tower Fire Rate: 7 → 6

  • Scorching (Runestone x Tornado Fusion): Initial: 40% → 30% Banner upgrades: 12/16/28% → 9/12/21%

  • Spiral of Pain (Shadow x Tornado Fusion): Initial: 30% → 40% Banner upgrades: 9/12/21% → 12/16/28%

  • Prism damage transfer from previous towers: 70% → 60%

  • Frost Tower: Max Slow Amount: 80% → 75% Freeze immunity after being frozen: 0.5s → 1s

  • Frost Magician Global Cooldown: 15s → 20s

  • Auto-banish of irrelevant perks after entering Endless Mode (e.g. more branching possible)

  • Removed downside from Guild Obligation (no longer disables Goldmine)

  • Removed downside from The One Standard (Fusions/Uniques no longer restricted)

  • Best Selection (University, Luck Tree): Chance for banners in chests: 5x → 10x

  • Path of Bounty: Next Boss HP Boost: 30% → 50%

  • Hero Tower Specializations now grant more of the original spell damage: 50% → 70%

  • Greedgem (Rare Relic): +100% → +200%

  • Seal of Constancy and Golden Incentive (Common Relics) have swapped downsides

  • Mill Specializations buffed: +4 Wheat per Worker, +20 passive Wheat production

  • All other Resource Building Specializations buffed: +2 per Worker

  • Buffed University Perks: Luck Tree: Market rerolls: 2 → 3 War Tree: Enemy Analysis: +80% → +100% crit damage Economy Tree:

    • Trade Networks: 2 → 3 gold per ship
    • Golden Era: 60 → 80 gold per wave
    • Conservation: 20% → 30% worker cost reduction
    • Honey Ale: 40% → 60% beer bonus productivity
  • Starter Bonuses to choose, when you start a new run: Wheat: 40 → 50 Stone: 50 → 55

Improvements

  • Performance optimization (especially with Runestone–Prism chains)

  • Trade stack size in the Trading Post can now exceed 100

  • Forges now display which towers are being buffed

  • Specialized Workshop now directly shows which tower will be affected

  • Improved perk refresh timing

  • Fixed bug where Enemy Bane achievement didn’t count on all difficulties

  • Clearing Master (Workshop Spec) now shows its effect when hovering over build resources

  • 0-gold tower upgrades are now purchasable even when using Final Rags (debt relic)

  • VFX reduction setting now affects all visual effects

  • Message now appears if no more offers can be made due to empty loot pool (UI fades out)

  • Fixed bug where DPS of last wave in leaderboard was capped at 2.1b

  • Corrected Focus Rune (Runestone Banner) calculation

  • Holding right-click to move the map no longer cancels spells/tower/outpost placement

  • Improved visibility of high levels in Outpost heatmap

  • Fixed bug where Artifact of Determination expiration removed auto level-up on some towers

  • Fixed visual inconsistency where towers had no color difference on medium graphics

  • Adjusted relic counter position/size to avoid overlap

  • Fixed bug where chest drop tiles could block future frost/burn fields

  • Fixed cloning issue with tower level-up groups

  • Improved translations

  • Mouse buttons can now be assigned in keybindings
