We’re seeing questions about game bans appearing on Steam, so let’s be very clear.

We have moved from our internal ban system to Steam’s official game ban system. As part of this transition, all bans past and present are now being issued through Steam.

This includes:

  • A backlog of previously banned players

  • Newly banned players caught cheating

Our game is free-to-play, and as a result we see frequent abuse attempts using tools such as Cheat Engine and similar software. These are detected, logged, and acted on.

If you see a ban on Steam:

  • It is the result of cheating

  • It is not a mistake or a “new system bug”

Bans issued through Steam are permanent and will remain on record. Attempting to evade bans or harass staff will not change the outcome.

Play fair, don't cheat.

Cheers,

PS: You can appeal any bans via our Discord server.
