changedSteam post imageWell! After two years of promises and delays, here I am! A lot has happened—wow, we’re already halfway through the year and it’s been quite the challenge. But without further setbacks, this announcement is to let you know that the game will finally have an ending, a proper tutorial, a restructured gameplay, and more!
changedI want to thank everyone who has supported me by purchasing the game. Honestly, I didn’t imagine copies would sell so quickly. Thank you for trusting me, for believing in the work I’m doing, and I’d love to hear your feedback—whether good or bad—as long as it’s detailed enough for me to understand what’s wrong, it will be welcome.
changedThe idea behind No Profit Here is for you to have fun with your friends. It’s meant to be simple enough to play with people who aren’t used to video games, or as a way to introduce them to gaming. Please be patient—I’m working alone and it’s been a titanic effort.
changedBugs to fix in the next update:Replacing the temporary UI with a more useful and clear one (since no one understood it except me)
addedBugs to fix in the next update:Item effects can now be used on your allies; if you can’t figure out what the effects mean, somewhere in the castle there’s a table that explains them—yes, inside the game
changedBugs to fix in the next update:Special rooms in each map generation!

I love you all, and once again, thank you so much for your trust. This game will not be forgotten and will receive very frequent updates :) For now:

Bugs to fix in the next update:

  • Item system: proper linking of objects and reduction of curse effects

  • Replacing the temporary UI with a more useful and clear one (since no one understood it except me)

  • Item effects can now be used on your allies; if you can’t figure out what the effects mean, somewhere in the castle there’s a table that explains them—yes, inside the game

  • Special rooms in each map generation!

  • “Special” mechanics in each room

Hmm, I think that’s everything—or at least all I can remember. But I’m working on all of this and it’ll be ready in… soon… very soon hahahaha

You’ll get the tutorial you deserve, it won’t stay like this—I swear xP
