fixedHi, We would like to update everyone on the current status of trading cards. On Friday, a change on the Steam backend by Valve, unkown to us, caused for trading cards to begin dropping. Both the change, and the regression caused by it were out of our control. It seems today (Monday), Valve has corrected this regression and cards are no longer dropping. Going forward, anyone who crafted a level one badge (or higher) for NMRiH should be eligible to receive a booster pack. Please remember that we retain no control over trading cards except for designing the card art and items. We realize the current situation is not ideal but we are unable to do anything at this time. Trading cards aren't dropping because there’s simply no way to drop them for 100% free games (you may read more on how trading cards work here). Ultimately, until a way for cards to drop that does not involve monetary transactions is created, cards simply won’t drop (exceptions being random bugs like the one we saw this weekend). If you have an idea for a method, you should suggest it to Valve here . Once again, any issues with trading cards or the Steam Market should be brought up to Steam Support . Thanks. Update: It seems users who crafted the badge are no longer eligible for booster packs. Sorry about that.
